Existing Conditions

The site has a significant elevation difference of more than 15 meters. Access is provided from the lower part of the plot.
The project proposes locating the residential house in the upper part of the site, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. At the client’s request, a location for a badminton court was incorporated and placed on the roof of the garage.
The elevation difference between the site entrance and the house is resolved through a serpentine pathway. While this slightly increases the distance, it ensures a максимально comfortable pedestrian slope and allows for the most efficient and flexible use of the site during future operation.

Project Concept
Development of a steep slope without retaining walls. Retaining walls irreversibly destroy the natural beauty of the landscape, and in some cases their construction cost exceeds the cost of building the house itself.
