About the Project
A distinctive feature of the site is the significant elevation difference (over 33 feet) and its proximity to an existing 10-story residential building.
The project proposes developing the site in a way that visually preserves the existing slope. Non-residential facilities, such as a parking area, public spaces, and offices, are integrated into the slope. Show more
